This is our favorite felon, Scott Rajavuori...

Seems as though Scott Rajavuori wants his victims to "go on with life" like he has since his 2003 felony conviction of contractor fraud and theft by swindle.  The email I got from histruthalwayswins@gmail.com stated that "it's been 8 years" and hence, we should "get over" it.  Well, Mr. Rajavuori, saying that is like telling the families of the 9/11 world trade center attacks to just "get over" al quaeda's terrorist attacks because it's been 10 years now.  Wouldn't it be nice if the world worked that way.  I'd like you to TELL THE TRUTH as you proclaim and look your UNPAID victims in the eyes and tell them that after you've enjoyed 8 years of living it up!  I'm sure your victims would have loved to go on ski trips, Colorado and Florida vacations with their families, ride around in Limos and go to Vikings games - but sadly many of them had to work (HONEST WORK) and pay for your crimes so they wouldn't lose their homes after losing most if not all of their savings because of you.  Keep the reports coming in fellow victims - we are finally making headway and will see this criminal receive the justice he truly deserves!

Evidently, we should all "move on with life" like Mr. Rajavuori.  The TRUTH Mr. and Mrs. Rajavuori IS that Mr. Rajavuori has done just that MOVED ON with life and neglected paying his victims FULL restitution which they legally deserve.  Mr. & Mrs. Rajavuori think it's ok to do whatever they want because, after all, it's been "8 years" since his million dollar theft and swindle.  They want us to "move on" and forget about it.  What a luxury.  This is the kind of narcissism that begot Mr. Rajavuori a hefty felony conviction in the first place.

Let's discuss the facebook posts and pics I've shared with you over the last 3 years of Mr. and Mrs. Rajavuori attending a MN Vikings tailgating party, riding around in a limo, vacations to Florida and Colorado.  Yes, Mr. Rajavuori has moved on. Moved on with all his victims money.  Unfortunately, some of the victims of Scott Rajavuori have not had such luxury to "move on" as Mr. and Mrs. Rajavuori think they "should do".  The TRUTH is Mr. Rajavuori - you have deceived yourself into thinking you've done all you can to make things right with your victims.  Making things right means changing your crooked ways - not continuing them.  It is only truth that sets you truly free.

Tell the TRUTH Mr. Rajavuori that you own rental property in Burnsville and live in a luxury home in Lakeville when many of your victims paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to save their half completed homes throughout Edina and the metro area.  The TRUTH is Mr. Rajavuori, your ACTIONS speak louder than your words.  Tell the TRUTH that you've made good money since getting out of prison and have enjoyed a very nice lifestyle - one that your victims could not afford because of your crimes.  You've had the luxury to "move on" while they still pay.

Why does Suzanne Rajavuori claim to be a "partner" of Titus Contracting?

Although posted on Titus Contracting facebook page that felon, Scott Rajavuori's wife Suzanne Rajavuori was the "partner in Titus" contracting - only Scott Rajavuori's listed under their contact information and noted on all the customer testimonials.  Why all the secrecy?  Are potential clients of Titus Contracting told that their salesman, project manager or whatever other position Scott Rajavuori calls himself is a convicted FELON?  Most important, that Scott Rajavuori is a convicted felon of one of Minnesota's largest CONTRACTOR thefts in history.  Consumers have a right to know this sort of information especially since Scott Rajavuori remains in the very industry he tarnished less than 10 years ago.  None of his victims have been paid full restitution.  What do you think?

Note: Titus Contracting was issued its contractors license a little over 2 years ago.

The deception continues...from their own website. No question "Scott" is a big part of this company.

I would just like to extend an enormous thank you to Scott and Lee at Titus Contracting for the recent job he completed for me.  As a business owner, I am particular about every detail pertaining to my company, including its location and building.  Recently, I decided to purchase, completely demolish and then reconstruct a new commercial space, all within roughly 3 weeks.  Because of the extremely tight deadline, I expected many of those very important details to be overlooked and dismissed by the contractor.  However, once Scott and his team got to work, I was presently surprised. Not only did Scott go above and beyond to complete the build-out by the deadline, but he also left no detail untouched, and made sure his teamoperated in the same way.  By the end of the project, the team and I had become like family; people who invested much blood, sweat and tears together to achieve my dream space.  I truly believe that if it were not for the constant communication, dedication, and overall business and interpersonal skills of Scott and his team, this project would have never been completed to perfection on time.
