Is your contractor a con man?

How do you know if the warm and friendly person who comes out to your house to sell you a remodeling job is really a convicted con man?  Scott Rajavuori, convicted of the largest contractor theft by swindle and fraud in the state of Minnesota is STILL working in the remodeling industry, living in a luxury home in Lakeville, Minnesota and taking trips in Limos, going to Vikings games and traveling back and forth to Florida.  Sounds like a man who is truly sorry for his crimes?  Maybe sorry he got caught, but not sorry enough to pay restitution to the many victims throughout the Twin Cities who lost thousands upon thousands much less their dreams, homes, health and some of them their families.
Warning to anyone who is considering hiring Titus Contracting LLC.  This company employs a convicted felon named Scott Rajavuori who was convicted of the largest contractor prosecution in the state of Minnesota in 2003 and served prison time.  Instead of paying restitution to the victims, Rajavuori now enjoys a posh lifestyle living in a luxury home in the suburbs of Lakeville while continuing to work in the very industry he tarnished.  Rajavuori's sales ability is unparalleled with seemingly sincere diatribes on his finding Jesus and christian redemption pleas.  Whatever the state of his soul may be, make no mistakes, Scott Rajavuori is still conning innocent people into handing over thousands of dollars for remodeling projects - which is a huge risk to these unknowing consumers.  Since serving prison time for his crimes, Rajavuori uses other contractors licenses and companies as a front for his cons.  He likes to become "friends" with his victims building trust as a child molester would.  Don't take my word for it.  Read below article from the St. Paul Pioneer Press...
